Director AR Murugadoss spoke highly on Actor Vijay’s sense of timing and his Hindi speaking abilities as the actor has spoken lines in Hindi as well.
Thuppaki would be 10 times of Kakha Kakha was what he had to say about the movie. He also showered praise on DOP Santosh Sivan’s extraordinary work in the movie and announced that this is the first time the renowned DOP will have the tag of ASC in the credits. As a great gesture, the director called all 6 of his assistant directors and thanked them for being pillars of support.
Arriving a tad late for the event SAC said the director was worth every rupee he had demanded and praised him for calling on the assistant directors to the dais. He also stated that all efforts were made to get the best of all that was demanded by the project.
Actor Vijay entertained one and all by singing a few lines of the song “Google Google, yahoo yahoo” and praised AR Murugadoss and went on to call him “Kutti Mani Ratnam”. He had a lot of kind words to say on the improvising talent of Music Director Harris Jayaraj. Comically Vijay put across Kajal as his “hot and spicy girlfriend” in the movie.
