Saif Ali Khan and Kareena wedding has become a hot topic for discussion for many years. Now, the news which is revolving around about their wedding is that The actual ceremony will be held in Delhi and it will be followed by a lavish reception in Mumbai.Groom’s mother Sharmila told that the wedding would take place in the end of the year, expected to take place in the month of October.The Wedding of Saif Ali Khan and Kareeena Kapoor, would be a low-key affair with limited invitees said the groom’s mother Sharmila Tagore, on Tuesday.“D-day is on October, sometime. I am not at a liberty to disclose the date. You’d have to ask Saif,” she told TOI.Sharmila states, “After Nawab sahab’s funeral, the garden and the area nearby at the Pataudi palace needed some work. We are getting it renovated and a wall has been built. But it has nothing to do with the wedding.”She related the hype surrounding the wedding to happy family serial. “You’d be disappointed. No extravagant celebrations are planned. It would be a small family affair,” she said. The restraint on celebrations is because the wedding would be held nearly a month after the first death anniversary of Saif’s father – Sharmila.On the D-day, Kareena Kapoor will be wearing Sharmila Tagore’s wedding outfit of 40 years ago. Saba Ali Khan, Saif’s younger sister, a jewelry designer has picked up the charge of all the preparations of wedding along with her sister Soha and her mom Sharmila.The date of their wedding has not been revealed yet but it has been heard that their wedding will take place on October 16, 2012.
